Mosaic tiles are relatively easy to maintain. They should be swept and mopped regularly to keep them in good condition. When mopping, go steady on the amount of water you use, to avoid excess water seeping into the grout. Also make sure you use a PH neutral tie cleaner, as harsh chemicals can damage the tiles and the grout.

On top of regular cleaning you might want to give your mosaic tiles some extra TLC now and then. You should also regularly clean, seal and repair the grout as and when necessary.
